1. The building is located at the entrance of the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park. The formation of local Hakka courtyard houses embraces the concept of configuration profile, welcoming to every visitor and encouraging the communication and interaction between the researchers and public. It is also to convey the good of the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park entrance gate image.
2. Volume of building and outdoor space is incorporated as one:Open space is designed to meet the theme of Hakka culture, and promote the interaction with local residence.
3. The main building provides both functional and recreational quality of the environment.
4. The design is qualified for both EEWH 9-index Certification and LEED Platinum Certification.
